Recently, the existence of the website: www.crowdinvestingbv.nl has come to our attention. This website does not belong to us. The site incorrectly used our details (including our office address and Chamber of Commerce number/kvk-nummer). We would like to point out that this website does not belong to DuurzaamInvesteren.nl nor has any connections to DuurzaamInvesteren.nl or Crowdinvesting B.V. as our company name.

As there were strong indications of fraud, we have reported this to regulator Authority Financial Markets (AFM). In addition, (legal) follow-up steps were taken and the domain www.crowdinvestingbv.nl is no longer active.
